TALKING HEADS “Remain In Light” In Shrink! 1980 1st L.A. Press Vinyl NM Cover EX.

Brilliant 1st Press copy made at the Capitol Records LA plant. The vinyl has no noticeable marks, and shiny Near Mint. The cover still has shrink wrap on it, with a small corner bend and a hole drilled signifying an in-store play copy. The corner bend was probably done when they drilled the cover just after manufacture. The inner sleeve is glossy full color, with credits on one side, band photos on the other. The inner sleeve is intact, with no tears. There are 2”-3”seam splits which seems to be the usual for thin glossy inner sleeves. The black and white lyric sheet is not present. Overall, clean and spotless 43 year old copy that will sound great on a good stereo rig!

The 4th studio album for Talking Heads, and the last one with Brian Eno producing. Critically acclaimed, and over time considered the creative pinnacle for the group. Songs with African Rhythms, Funk Bottom, Electronic Sounds, and Looping Grooves. #39 on the Rolling Stone top 500 albums, and #68 on NME albums all time. But if you know, it’s on your best album list. A must if you collect and play vinyl, and here is a first press NM vinyl copy.
