THE JACKET IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION NO SPLITS BUT SCRAPES AROUND THE EDGES   INCLUDES THE LYRIC SHEET (SEE PHOTO)
THERE ARE NO CUT OUT HOLES, NOTCHES OR CUT OFF CORNERS
