The laminate sleeve is in great condition. No big tears or damage. Some light signs of wear mostly near and around  the edges. A tiny mark on the back near the bottom.

Comes with the protective inner sleeve with lyrics.

Sides 1 and 2 look in very good condition. Nice clean labels. No big heavy scratches, but it does have a slightly bigger light mark from being used on each side.

The cardboard sleeve is in great condition. No big tears or damage. It does show signs of wear mostly near and around the edges.
