This is an ORIGINAL 1978 CAPITOL RECORDS U.S. PURPLE LABEL JACKSONVILLE PRESSING of the 1966 Capitol Records LP titled 'Revolver' from The Beatles.  It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number SW-2576.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its plain white paper inner sleeve.
1978-83 Purple label with large Capitol logo. Catalog # has now been changed to SW-2576, formerly ST-2576, which has been changed on the jacket and labels.

This one was pressed at Capitol's Jacksonville factory, as identified by a "0" in the run-outs. Some matrix stamps have the old "ST" prefix still visible but scratched out.

Jacket made of posterboard stock.

Visual condition of record is a mid VG+ with some visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play, this record plays very nicely and quietly.  Condition of cover is a low VG+ with the almost invisible impression of a little writing that was done on something that had been placed on top of the front cover, some wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners, no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  Plain white paper inner sleeve has some light creases and wrinkles and one small tear in its top edge.
