We take full responsibility for the condition of all items at the time they are listed, sold, and until the moment they are shipped. Under NO circumstances will we accept monetary responsibility for items delivered in damaged condition due to mishandling or abuse, and any claims/complaints shall be made directly with the postal service directly.
