This is an ORIGINAL 1958 CORAL RECORDS U.S. 45 RPM RECORDS containing the rockabilly classic tunes titled 'Rave On' / 'Take Your Time' from rock n roll legend Buddy Holly.  it is Coral Records U.S. catalog number 9-61985, with machine stamped matrix numbers in the runout area.  Record comes packaged in its original Coral Records stock company sleeve.
Condition of record is better than is usually seen with late 1950s vintage Buddy Holly 45s - Record is a real nice EX with all original gloss, one or two very light surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play, and a couple of very light concentric surface marks which could be press marks originating during the pressing process or could be very light turntable scuffs, which also have absolutely no effect on play.  There is also one totally inaudible small bump in the play surface which is a slight pressing anomaly.  There is some light hissing in the lead-in area which also is inherent in the pressing and which totally disappears when the loud and clear music starts.  Labels have a little contact wear, no other flaws.  Condition of Coral Records company sleeve is VG+ with some slight wrinkles and creasing and a little wear along the edges and on the corners, no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.
This beautiful condition original 1958 45 would make a choice addition to any Buddy Holly or late 1950s rock-n-roll 45 collection!
