ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ GOLD RECORDS, VOL. 2 (LPM-2075) FIRST PRESSING with FIRST COVER VARIETY

RECORD: VG++ (EXC) showing several very light scuffs on the clean, glossy surfaces. This Indianapolis pressing should play quite well with no skips or repeats! The labels are clean and attractive but show several light spindle marks. The matrix numbers end with 1S/9S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with just a 1-1/2-inch lower seam split with is quite minor at this stage. There is no tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. This is the earliest cover variety for this issue with the catalog number, LPM-2075, inside of the “box” to the upper right corner on the front. The upper edge and spine are solid and fully legible. There is only the lightest of ring wear present as well as some minor corner wear. A beautiful cover! The original RCA Victor inner sleeve depicting other albums available at the time is included.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.
