Free Returns

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept free returns up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.  

 

 

Refunds

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your eBay account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.  

 

Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.

Shipping

Our items are sent using DPD Local Next Day Delivery service or Royal Mail 2nd class.

Any orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight and some parts of Northern Ireland are not covered by this service and will be sent using a 3-5 working day courier.

International Shipping
