(NM) Near Mint - Record: Flawless, no scratches or paper scuffs and no markings on label. Jacket: No seam splits, corner wear, dings, or ring formation.
(EX) Excellent - Record: There might be a light spindle mark on the label or a faint paper scuff, relatively close in condition to NM just has one or two minor flaws. Jacket: Might have faint discoloration or a small crease on corner, almost same as NM
(VG+) Very Good + - Record: There are a few hairline scratches, paper scuffs, or light markings on the cover. Plays flawlessly through with no playback errors. Jacket: There is light ring wear formation, dings on corners, and discoloration.
(VG) Very Good - Record: There are patches of hairline scratches, there is also some noise heard in the background from the scratches and scuffs. Jacket: Ring wear present, seam split is starting to form, there are discount drill holes/saw cuts from previous retailers.
(G) Good - Record: Abundant scratches, background noise is louder than VG, there are also feelable scratches. Jacket: Seam split, ring wear, writing on sleeve, or discount markings from previous retailers.
(P) Poor - Record: Skips, scratches, and has scuffs. More than likely has a single skip, if it has any more than that it won’t be in the shop. Jacket: Severe separation on jackets, water damage, or really bad cuts.
