ELVIS PRESLEY – FUN IN ACAPULCO (LPM-2756) FIRST PRESSING in ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP!

RECORD: GOOD with numerous scuffs and scratches, a few of which can be felt with the fingertip. This Rockaway pressing was test-played in its entirety and there were no skips or repeats! However, there were many “ticks” heard, especially in the softer areas of the music. The labels are clean and original and show some light spindle marks. The matrix numbers end with 2S/2S.

COVER: NM- with no ring wear! This is due to 80% of the original shrink wrap remaining and protecting the surfaces on both sides. However, due to this being a Rockaway pressing, the staple holes are present at the upper left-hand corner. Several department stores on the east coast would customarily punch tiny staples onto the upper left corners of albums to hold a card-like price tag in that area. This was especially damaging to those Original Soundtrack Recordings which had once-pristine Bonus Photos included inside the album! Some trivial wear is seen at the exposed lower left corner tip. A period-correct “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” inner sleeve is included.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
