I am the seller - Ron Stein, the founder and first owner of Lakeshore Record Exchange in Rochester New York from 1980 through 1988, where we were one of the first stores in the U.S. to specialize in the new 1980s heavy metal.  We did club shows and in-stores and sponsored the Metallic Overdrive radio show on Friday and Saturday nights.  I recently bought a small collection of about 25 pieces of original 1980s heavy metal vinyl from a girl who was one of my regular customers at that time, this piece was part of that collection.  I'll be listing these on eBay for the next couple of weeks, so watch my listings!  Hello to all of my old Lakeshore friends! 
This is an ORIGINAL 1984 MEGAFORCE RECORDS U.S. 4 TRACK 12" EP containing the Tracks titled Whiplash (Specal Neckbrace Remix) / Jump In The Fire / Seek And Destroy / Phantom Lord.  It is Megaforce Records U.S. catalog number MRS-04, no UPC bar code.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white paper inner sleeve.
Condition of record is a real nice SOLID NM with just one small turntable scuff, no other visible surface marks.  Condition of cover is VG+ with a few slight bends and wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners, no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  Plain white paper inner sleeve has a small split in its bottom edge which I have repaired with clear tape.
