First pressing of this iconic album- The first pressings have the 1841 Broadway address. The record looks and has been play tested as Excellent- The cardboard album cover is in Excellent shape as well but I rated it VG+ because of the initials written on it. There is the lyric sheet included that is in great shape as well. I have owned this record for 5 years or so, played it at least 5 times- its dead quiet and sounds great
