For auctions we ship items when payment is received within 2 days of the auction's end. If payment is not made within 2 days, please allow up to 7 days for shipment after payment is received.
We encourage buying multiple items for combined shipping discount.    Our records are priced to beat every record store in the USA with shipping included, but it doesn't make sense for ANYONE (especially you) to buy a 5 dollar record with a $6 shipping fee. For example, for 10 records the shipping cost is $1.50 per record with combined shipping (a 75% shipping cost reduction).

Grading information: All records are graded by expert appraisers with high-intensity flood lamps and turntable.
Payment policy: For payment we use standard eBay policy (Paypal). If you decide you have second thoughts on an order, contact us for cancellation.
Shipping rates: USA: $6 for 1st; $1 per additional Rest Of World: eBay Global Shipping Program
Shipping policy: Items ship via USPS Media Mail (domestic) or by eBay Global Shipping Program. Handling time is 1-3 business days, we ship around 11 a.m. PST on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Our mailers are reinforced with wraparound single-wall corrugated cardboard (U-shaped pads wrapped around top and bottom of jacket).
Returns: We accept returns no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. We ask for return with original box, packaging and contents. Returns are rare to us, less than 10 in over 9000 sales.
