Delivery:
The majority of our items include free standard delivery to the U.K. We also offer an option of 24 hour tracked next working day delivery for an additional £8.95.
All orders will be dispatched the same working day, if placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
UK Standard Delivery is sent via a Royal Mail 48 service. Please allow 7 working days before reporting any item as undelivered. Deliveries outside the U.K. may take longer. Please be aware that delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions, and that Public and Regional holidays may also affect delivery lead times.
Returns:
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will provide details on how to resolve the issue.
We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, if they are returned within 30 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.  The return delivery cost would need to be covered by yourself. Please note that we cannot give refunds after the 30-day limit has expired.
