    Pre-order benefits and posters are only available for products purchased before the album release date, 

    and are not provieded for purchases made after the album release date.

    Due to the nature of the material, photocards may cause fine scratches depending on the manufacturing process,

    which are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

    The Marks, scratches, ink splashes, or press marks on the artist's portrait are not subject to exchange or refund, 

    and in case of severe damage, we will exchange it only for inventory in possession.

    All products are eligible for exchange of refund only in defects are visible under normal lighting conditions.

    Since outboxes are manufactured to protect the product from impact, 

    fine scratches, damage, discoloration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, and this cannot be a reason for exchange.

★SHIPPING

    All purchased items from our listings will be shipped from South Korea.

    We ship within 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment.

    Due to inventory conditions, it may take approximately 5 days to a week to process orders with the manufacturer.

★RETURN POLICY

    We accept the returns within 30 days after you receive your order. 

    For returns due to a change of mind, opened products cannot be returned. 

    In such cases, a refund will be issued excluding return shipping fees.

    Returns may be refused if the product show signs of use, if labels, tags, or packaging are damaged,

    thereby reducing the product's value.

    Products with damaged packaging that enables replication or use (such as digital albums, DVDs, etc., with QR Codes) may also be refused for return.

    All returns must securely package all components provided at the time of initial delivery without any omissions.

    We will issue a refund promptly upon of the return.
