Super rare promo album of Kannibal Komix CS1004 a USA Promo from 1970.  The vinyl is in excellent condition and the sleeve appears to be in vg++ condition.
This band came together in Keil, Germany after Jürgen Drews, lead guitarist with the Monkeys, met a band, Chimes of Freedom, that won a talent contest at the Ostseehalle. Jürgen joined them and their manager decided to update their sound from a beat band to something more pop and progressive sounding. He also changed their name to Die Andersen.

They were signed to the Ariola record label and went to London and Pye Studios to make some singles and an LP produced by Giorgio Moroder. As a band they were doing quite well and were playing at The Star Club in Hamburg when some US record managers happened to be present. Die Andersen was signed to a US record deal to the Colossus label.

Their LP was released in the states, but the band name in the US became Kannibal Komix, the album title of the one released in Germany. The same album was released in other countries with the band being called Apocalypse. They went back to Pye Studios and recorded one more LP, but the Colossus label was folding, and the band fell apart before things got started.

Musically, similar to Electric Light Orchestra, The Bay City Rollers and Pilot with some heavy guitar, strings and prog moves at times. They could all sing well and were known for their vocal harmonies. All lyrics in English. "Cosy Rosy" is a pretty cool song.

This was their first LP. A US Colossus issue released two years later in 1970 after the band had broken up. Will be shipped securely in an album mailer.  Good Luck!
