Handles Messiah, executed imaginatively by Leonard Bernstein, conducting the New York Philharmonic and featuring world renown vocalists including Adele Addison soprano , Russell Oberlin on countertenor and William Warfield, baritone . Also featured on this album is the Westminster choir, directed by the great John Finley Williamson. This LP is superior in its sonic quality as Columbia masterworks M2 L242 is the first pressing of this 1958 double album.
The misprint occurs because the text inside the gate fold is printed upside down. This is a one of a kind error on the Internet at this time. The records , at first , looked unplayed after 76 years, which makes this all the more desirable. A brand new acid free antistatic non-scratching outer sleeve is included. Tested , both vinyl records Play through without any issues. Sides 1,2 & 4 are EX . Side 3 is graded VG+.
