78 rpm Phonograph records. This lot includes Blues and lots of country music. They have not been played through except to check obvious defects as noted below and to check music quality vs. noise. There are a few extras but no gems. They are sold as with no returns. Shipping via Priority Mail paid by the buyer.

V-40216 Jimmie Wilson's Catfish String Band- Catfish Medley March/ Argentine Rag (another nice one- no wear around spindle hole- listened to a part and it plays great)


V-38102 McKinneys Cotton Pickers- The Way I Feel Today/Miss Hannah (looks great- no wear around spindle hole)


V-40239 Hiter Colvin- Rabbit Up the Gum Stump/Monroe Stomp (again- looks great)


V-40261 Taylor's Louisiana Melody Makers- vocal by Oscar Logan- 'Tis All Over Now/On the Bridge at Midnight (grooves are unblemished- lbl somewhat faded- plays loud and clear)


20835 Blue Ridge Corn Shuckers- Old Time Corn Schuckin' part 1 and 2 (looks great with minor wear)


21636 Jimmie Rodgers- Memphis Yodel/Lullaby Yodel (looks good)


V-38515 Cannon's Jug Stompers- Feather Bed/Riley's Wagon (v. sm edge chip not in grooves) ( both sides show moderate wear- tested it and it sounds good but with moderate background noise)


Columbia 15415 The Georgia Organ Grinders- Charming Betsy (long tite lam crack)/ Skip to my Lou My Darling (lam crack show thru but 1/2" this side- both sides gray grooves- scuffs and lite scratches- crack is inaudible- record sounds good)


Broadway 8051 John Barton- Old Time Fiddle- The Arkansas Traveler (one heavier scratch)/Sailors Hornpipe (lite scratches/scuffs both sides)


Conqueror 7332 Hobbs Brothers- Patty on the Turnpike (side plays well)/ Turkey in the Straw (moderately noisy ( both sides show moderate wear- scuff/scratches/ gray grooves/needs cleaning)


OKEH 45227 Oscar Harper's Texas String Band- Kelly Waltz/ Bouquet Waltz- (looks very worn- plays w some noise but surprisingly good)


Romeo 952 Frankie Wallace- The Two Gun Cowboy/Blue Yodel No. 4 (graying grooves-heavier scratches both sides but sound good)


Conqueror 7558 Frankie Wallace- Yodeling Cowboy (shiny grooves)/Over at the Old Barn Dance (shiny but 1 obvious scratch)


OKEH 45434 Fiddlin' John Carson- Watcha Gonna Do When Your Licker Runs Out?/ Sunny Tennessee ( both sides look rough)


Columbia 15243 Len and Joe Higgins- Kentucky Wedding Chimes/ Medley of Old Southern Melodies (very worn- obvious scratches- noisy but audible)
