Condition Gradings:

Conditions are in the form of Sleeve/Disc, e.g. EX/M. In this case the sleeve is in excellent condition (first grade) and the disc is in mint condition (second grade). If there is only one condition, i.e. /EX, it means that the item is not in a picture sleeve and that the disc/record is excellent. Records that aren't in picture sleeves will either be in a company sleeve or a generic plain sleeve. All of our items are visually graded.

Postage Information:

We will dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Additional options are available. Only the Signed-For Delivery option includes a tracking number. Items £50 and over are sent Signed For. We ship all items worldwide so please check the Postage and Payments tab for our rates.

There is a parcel weight limitation of 2kg to countries outside the UK, so the base shipping rate will need to be paid for each 2kg parcel required in an order. The approximate number of items that will fit into one 2kg parcel is 7 LPs or 25 7" records.

Delivery: 
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, please contact your local sorting office as the parcel may be being held for you. If the post office does not have it please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Communication:  
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via Ebay My Messages. Approximate delivery time information is available on our  page.

PLEASE NOTE:

Vinyl Tap operates as a physical store. For display and security reasons, new release items may have been removed from their sleeves. If you wish to receive a sealed copy of a new release item please check that we have one available before placing your order. If a sealed copy isn't available we may be able to order another copy in for you. Additionally, if you would prefer for sealed items to be removed from their sleeves to avoid seam splits and sleeve damage in transit, then please let us know and we will arrange this for you.
