MADNESS AND THE GACKLE...

Still Life was a 3-piece rock band originally from  and then the San Fernando Valley, California. They are credited for helping pioneer the first wave of what is often referred to as / / bands in this subgenre that is rooted in . They started in the late 80s with the name Monster Club. They changed their name in 1991 after the departure of the original lead singer Rick Rodney who joined the band. They were active until 2003 when all of their instruments were stolen from Chris Pitzel's truck parked on the street in front of their house after a show. Former Members Paul Rauch and David Pitzel have started a new band named  and continue to use Still Life's label, Sunflower Tribe..

RECORD CONDITION:  THE RECORD IS NOT SHINY (GLOSSY) BUT PLAYS NEARLY AS A NEW RECORD (PLAYED ONE SIDE). IT MAY BE DUE TO THE INNER BAG WAS STORED FOR SO MANY YEARS, AND NOT PLAYED MUCH

COVER CONDITION:  EXCELLENT++

MINT:  RECORD: As new condition with no surface mark. Records that looks un-played.

             COVER: As new. No surface marks or wears.

 

NEAR MINT: RECORD: Barely noticeable surface mark with no loss of sound quality.

                        COVER: Barely noticeable surface mark/ wear.

 

EXCELLENT: RECORD: Some signs of being played with extremely little if no loss of sound quality;

                          COVER: Slight wear.

 

VERY GOOD:  RECORD: Obviously been played with noticeable surface marks & the occasional light scratches but exhibits no major loss of sound quality.

                            COVER: Noticeable wear, with possible slight writing or stains.

 

GOOD: RECORD: Record has been played and has very noticeable surface marks & exhibits major loss of sound quality.

              COVER: Noticeable wear. Much writing/ stains.
