We do try and be as accurate as we can. Covers are graded first, vinyl second. Whilst it would be nice to play all the records through first that just isn't possible, so the records are visually graded. In the event of something not meeting the grade, please return for a no-quibble refund.

'NM' is our highest grade, and means that the LP is close to pristine. (New, sealed issues are described as 'NM') 'EX' is very clean. Maybe a few light marks but not audible scratches. 'VG' - surface marks, fingernail marks and light scratches which will not seriously impair listening. 'G' - visible and / or audible shortcomings, so don't expect too much. As far as the cover, see the description which will often support the overall grade, but for guidance consider: - 'NM'- new or nearly as new, 'EX'- Scuffing, loss of gloss, slight discoloration of white sections, visible signs of some deterioration. 'VG'- Splits, surface tears after removal of price tags, heavier ring wear. 'G'-Some cardboard to put a record in, and that's about it!
