This is a great LP in mostly great condition. There is audible surface noise and some pops on the first track (Little Girl Blue) and some surface noise on These Foolish Things. Otherwise, this is a NM disc.
The cover is cleanly split all along the top and bottom seam. Since it’s always been in a polysleeve, I never noticed until I took it out to photograph and play-grade. I’m guessing it was intentionally split for photo/marketing purposes, as there is only slight wear in one corner. In its sleeve, it looks like a NM cover. Because of the spits, I’m calling it VG+, even though the cover is practically flawless.
I’m this LP’s second owner, having cared for it since 1972 when I received it from the Boston DJ who received it new in 1954. As serious collectors, we both made certain that our LPs were kept clean, protected and played with fresh stylii. Remember this is a high fidelity MONO recording. It will sound much better and reveal virtually no surface noise when played on a good mono cartridge. A stereo stylus will pick up some surface noise from the sidewalls of the groove where no music information resides.
I’m a longtime eBayer with a perfect score, and I’d like to keep it that way. Please make sure you know what you’re buying and contact me if you have any questions.
I FOLLOW THE GOLDMINE RECORD GRADING SYSTEM
M MINT = Perfect, unplayed record.
NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G GOOD+ = Plays without skipping, noticeable surface noise and groove wear
G GOOD = Considerable wear, but will not skip
P, F POOR, FAIR = may have some skips or warps and considerable surface noise
SLEEVE GRADING

P, F POOR & FAIR = Gouges, water damage, etc.

All records are guaranteed to be as stated in the item description. If grading is not satisfactory, please contact me immediately so that we can make arrangements for returns or refunds.
SHIPPING
I use the US Postal Service for shipping in the U.S. and eBay’s Global Shipping Service for foreign shipping. Double LPs (2 x LP) count as Two LPs.
LP PACKAGING
I package LPs in a thick cardboard LP mailer, and always take the LP out of the jacket to avoid any seam splitting that could occur in shipment. The jacket will be in a plastic LP sleeve. The LP will be between cardboard and 2 sheets of bubble wrap. This is all included in the low shipping price. This insures that you receive your item in the best possible condition.
FEEDBACK
I leave feedback once payment has been received, and would appreciate feedback from you once you have received and inspected your package to your satisfaction. If there is any problem, please contact me for resolution before leaving negative feedback.
