Hello from Washington, DC!

The 24-Carat Black
Ghetto: Misfortune's Wealth on Enterprise, from 1973, first and only pressing.

Disk: looks VG+ but play varies from VG to VG+. Some light superficial marks and wear, a few light “scratches” that aren’t really “feelable”. Side one has some sort of pressing defect which causes a light repetitive swishing sound through about half of the first song, which is not one of the good songs. There is also light background noise and pops throughout, most noticeable in quiet spots. Still sound quality is generally strong throughout. There is also another spot where there is a light repetitive thumping for several revolutions. Side two plays somewhat cleaner, but still a very light repetitive swishing sound at the start of the side mostly noticeable in quiet places. A bit of static. No skips.  These sound defects are noticeable but don’t detract from the overall listening experience that much.  Cover: VG to VG+, worn corners, hole punch, light ring wear, moderate seam wear. A chance to own this rare record at a discount. Professionally cleaned with a VPI 16.5 vacuum cleaner. I will allow returns on this item (buyer pays return shipping) but no partial refunds so don’t ask.
