MINT (M): Perfect condition. Record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws as if it has never been played or handled. No scuffs, scratches, blotches, stains, stickers, labels, writings, tears, seam splits

NEAR MINT (NM): Record is virtually flawless w/very minor scuff or wear and very hard to see. Cover is close to perfect with only minor wear or age. Minor impressions to the cover from edge of vinyl is acceptable

EXCELLENT (EX): Minor scuffs, slightly visible. May have few scuffs,  scratches.  Cover is close to near mint with some impressions, slight creases on corners, corners can show white, no seam splits, writings or tape

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): Record shows wear, surface scuffs but still has a great luster.  Cover is virtually clean, small writing, slight aging, some yellowing, no stains, minor wear to seams or spine, no tears or holes popping through. Corners slightly dog eared yet no bends

VERY GOOD (VG): Record is a good enough, well played with some luster. Cover looks worn, used, some seam splitting, ring wear, writing on the cover, aged look, yellowing. Still decent

GOOD (G) Record very well played, dull, grayish, still plays, no skips or deep scratches. Cover may have seam splits, creases, marks, stains, tape, writing
