Vinyl = Excellent | Jacket = Very Good | Insert = Very Good
Vinyl would be near mint, if not for a small smudge on one of the labels. It is barely noticeable, but it's there (see close up photo). The jacket has a few creases and scuffing along its edges, but no tears or writing. Additionally, the sandpaper glued to the front side had a single tear on it. I have since reglued the two sides of the tear back to the jacket and to each other. It's still noticeable that it had torn at some point, but doesn't look all that bad (see close up photo). Insert has several creases, but no tears or writing. I'm the original owner of this record, which, until just this past summer, had been in storage at my parents' house since about 1994.
