GEHENNA "Birth of Vengeance" 7" , released on Revolutionary Power Tools Records. 
Record is in EX+ to NM- condition, pressed with blank black labels. 
Cover was printed as a one-page sheet with screen-printing on the reverse for the label. Cover has damage along the top where it was printed larger than a standard 7" bag and thus exposed to wear and tear. See attached photo. Top 0.5" of the cover is bent with damage to the corners, as well as a small tear in the center, that is actually hardly noticeable. Bottom corners have some wear  as well. It's actually not very noticeable due to how and what it was printed on/with, but still...
Includes lyric sheet/insert.
