At Vinyl Request Records, we are proud of our selection of Vinyl Titles. We deal with High Quality, COLLECTIBLE EDITIONS of your favorite artists in all Genre's. We stand behind our product with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your item is not in the condition we listed, we will refund your order!

Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Currently we ship within the United States including all U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.), military APO/FPO addresses, and many international locations. Please see the shipping tab for specific details. Once your payment has been received, please allow one day for processing.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories take several days longer to arrive using the Economy shipping method. If you need your order quickly, please choose the Standard shipping method in these areas.

We are proud to offer a combined shipping discount if you purchase multiple items. We charge the regular price for the first item and only $0.75 for each additional item for every shipping method. You should see the option when you check out. If you do not, please purchase the items and hold off on payment. We will receive a notice about a combined shipment and send an invoice with the total charges. Sorry, once an item has been paid for we are unable to combine it with another purchase.

Changes of Address - Because of the way we electronically receive orders from eBay, it is extremely difficult to change the shipping address for your order. Please be sure that the address in your eBay account is current and matches where you would like the package delivered.

Standard Shipping Service - Our Standard Shipping method uses the US Postal Services Media Mail. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days with this service once the package ships. Tracking for this delivery method can be found on the USPS website.

International Shipping Service - International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, up to 4-lb's Heavier Packages are shipped via USPS Priority International. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for international shipments to arrive. However, due to customs delays it may take longer. Sorry, international expedited service is not available.

International Shipments

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. International Shipments also require the same billing and shipping address.

Payments

Please note that we only accept PayPal payments using your PayPal account, Credit Card or eCheck. Additionally, we are only able to accept payments from PayPal accounts that are based in countries to which we ship.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will send you a replacement along with a postage paid label to return the defective item back to us.

Unopened items may be returned to us for a refund of the product price within 14 days of purchase. Sorry, we are unable to return any shipping and handling charges.
