Payment:

Please wait for your invoice to arrive first before making payment and ensure payment is made within 48 hours of winning.  The preferred method of payment is PayPal – you can also pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal.  We also accept Personal Cheques, Bankers Drafts and Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling only.

 

Postage, Packaging & Shipping:

 The postage and packaging charges quoted are to UK mainland only.  Please ask for a quote to any other country.  Where a price has been quoted for postage and packaging, discounts are available for multiple purchases shipped together – please ask prior to making a purchase/bid and in all cases please wait for an invoice first before making payment.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment (Monday to Friday) – depending on time payment has cleared, most items are sent same day or next day (Monday to Friday).

 

IMPORTANT - If you are buying or bidding from abroad please confirm your country before bidding or making payment to ensure our shipping service is available to your country and cost of this service.  Some items sent overseas may need to be signed for. 

 

Shipping Exclusions:

We own the exclusive copyright for all photographs taken and published online which are not stock photos.  Please do not attempt to use or re-produce any of these photographs.  We run regular checks and scans online for the published photographs we have taken at risk of being stolen.  Action will be taken through the proper channels if necessary.
