Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
Harvest/Capitol Records SMAS-11163, 1973

An early '70s American copy, based on the design of the inner labels … and it is likely a 1973 1st-yr edition, but I'm not sure.
Frankly, it is WAY too difficult to figure out. I tried, but the thing sold dozens of millions of copies, and there are like a HUNDRED different variations of this LP for some reason ... so I got frustrated and gave up.

Whatever its heritage, this is the nicest vintage/used Dark Side vinyl that's come across my countertop.
Every other copy has been scratched to hell, or riddled with fingerprints, or stank of ciggies, or had stains or rips or mold (yuck!), or any other number of deficiencies....

But not this one.

So be assured that you’re getting a decent copy.
Well ... it's above the average, anyway.

And if you’d like additional pics or info about runout groove stamps or etchings or whatever, simply let me know. I’ll be happy to give it some additional scrutiny.

Cover:  VG-
only a trace of ringwear, which is nice
"Susan Tracy" wrote her name in small letters on the front cover, with an ink-pen, but it's a black cover so you can only see that if you look closely
and see those corners and edges? they're a little rough

Vinyl - visual grade:  VG
a handful of light scuffs and razor-thin spindle scrapes
a thumbprint or two
spins with a bit of wobble
but recently VPI-cleaned for you, by me ... so it's nice and shiny now

Vinyl - playback grade:  VG to VG+
very faint background noise here and there, most of it concentrated during the first five mins of Side A for some reason ... but it's not annoying, IMO
the majority of the album plays great, without any issue
Dark Side sounds best on vinyl, and this copy is super-nice!

U.S. SHIPPING

If you’re in the States, you can buy as many records as you want and I will only charge $4 for shipping.
You want 1 record or 20 records, it will only cost you $4.

But I use media mail, the budget method. Using the service, I’ve had items lost, stolen and destroyed.
If you are very concerned about your order’s safety, REQUEST PRIORITY SHIPPING AND/OR INSURANCE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canada:

Usually, VG++ is as high as you’ll see me go.
Near Mint is rare, usually play-test verified, and MINT is reserved for sealed items.
