This is an original sealed mint pressing of the half speed mastered audiophile version of Billy Joel, Songs In The Attic, which was released by Columbia Records in 1981. This LP is a collection of live performances at different venues by the artist.
As to grading, I grade very conservatively following Goldmine Record grading standard. Except that for records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some.
The LP is in sealed un played mint condition as is the cover. The package is still sealed with the paper sticker still sealed in place over the back cover of the album.
The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned sealed. Buyers that behave in a less than ethical manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions.
If you bid on and win more than one item shipping for multiple purchases will be adjusted. If you win more than one item do not pay until I have had the opportunity to issue new invoice to reflect combined lower shipping cost. Shipping for one item is $4 and includes tracking
I only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses in the United States. Thanks for looking.
Save me as a seller as I have several sealed rare 1960's and 1970's rock, soul, blues and jazz LPs that will be auctioned. I am also starting to auction over 200 open and very clean MFSL and other audiophile pressings (Nautilus Superdisc, Direct Disk, Nimbus Supercut, Columbia Mastersound, and Japanese pressings including number of originals), as well as over 200 promos. I will ultimately be auctioning almost 6500 rare and very clean LP albums
