Fellow audiophiles up for your consideration is an original Warner Bros. pressing of the first Dire Straits release from 1978. The self titled LP was an International success with hits like "Sultans of Swing". If you are seeking a like new copy of an iconic piece of rock history here lies the opportunity to own it. These late 1970's vinyl pressings were pure analog recordings and deliver a true sense of what the artists put down in the studio. If your hi- fi system performs well with the currently available digitally sourced albums then you will be amazed with the dynamics and dimension that is reproduced with an original full analog recording. I played this particular album one time only to transfer it to tape, since then it has been kept in a mostly dust free smoke free and climate controlled environment (not a warehouse). I am offering some of my duplicate titles to help fund my habit.
