I do combine shipping. Generally it's whatever the listed cost for the first item, and a dollar per additional item for shipping within the U.S. Wait for the invoice if you get multiple items and want the discount. International shipments go through ebay's international shipping program when possible. I have no idea what they charge you, I just charge the normal shipping rates to cover the cost to ship to ebay's shipping center and they handle the rest. I'm pretty sure it's expensive but it's none of my doing.
I will try to work with you if there is a problem, but as a general rule, all items are sold as-is.
