Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers The Big Beat Blue Note 4029 Cover is VG+ but no tears  or splits Vinyl is VG++ an occassional pop, but a very nice album. Label has Blue Note Records, Inc. 47 West 63RD. NYC Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, Bobby Timmons, Jymie Merritt and Art Blakey. Deep groove.

Charlie Parker on Baronet Records # B 107 Charlie Parker The Early Bird with  Miles Davis. Side one features Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Duke Jordan, Tommy Potter and Max Roach. I'm going to have rate the cover as VG+ not because of any tears or splits, but the album cover is browning and stained especially on the back.

Side two features Charlie Parker, Erroll Garner, Red Callendar and Harold West. I auditioned both sides the  record completely and it does not skip there is an occasional pop or click, but it does not distract from the overall sound. Side one with Charlie Parker and Miles Davis is genius.
