Sometimes the post office has been known to be less than gentle and things get broken. I will not be held responsible for things that get broken in the mail. If you are concerned about this, I can add insurance to the cost of shipping the item, please inquire if you want this, I don't add it automatically.
I do combine shipping. Generally it's whatever the listed cost for the first item, and a dollar per additional item for shipping within the U.S. International shipments go through ebay's international shipping program when possible. I have no idea what they charge you, I just charge the normal shipping rates to cover the cost to ship to ebay's shipping center and they handle the rest. I'm pretty sure it's expensive but it's none of my doing.
