PINK FLOYD. The Dark side of the Moon LP, SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE. UK 1ST A2/B2 pressing.

This is an opportunity to purchase an original rare 1st UK pressing of Pink Floyds seminal album, The Dark Side of the Moon. The record has the solid blue Triangle labels with SHVL 804 A-2/B-2 matrix codes. Produced on EMI Harvest label, recorded in stereo from 1973.

Condition.

Sleeve.

Original Gerrod & Lofthouse ltd wrap around cover. No rips or tares, there is foxing on the corners, spine and rubbing on the outer cover. The interior text and colour remains bright.

Cover grade: GOOD.

Inner sleeve.

Inner sleeve is the original black coloured with made in Great Britain printed with plastic interior intact.

Inner sleeve: EXCELLENT.

Labels.

The labels show signs of spindle wear, but have no additional marks. The text remains clear and legible.

Labels Grade: VERY GOOD.

Poster and Stickers.

Unfortunately this copy does not have the original posters or stickers, but reproduction copies from later issues of the record, can be supplied at the request of the buyer.

Vinyl.

Matrix codes: SHVL 804 A-2, SHVL 804 B-2.

The vinyl when viewed under intense artificial light there are few minor fine hairline marks and one small 1cm scuff on side two. The record has not been clean and there are small fingerprint marks present. There are no scratches or warping and the audible reproduction is clear with minimal interference.

Record Grade: Side 1: EXCELLENT. Side 2: VERY GOOD.
