This record is brand new and never played. It was shipped without cellophane seal, and was only taken out of the sleeve for the photos. Record will ship outside the sleeve, to prevent seam splits, unless otherwise stated. I do not grade items "Mint," as I have never seen a perfect record.  That said, this is new in every way. 
Item will ship via USPS Media Mail, which takes 2-8 business days depending on where you are (I live in Northern California). I guarantee to ship within 24 hours of payment, or next business day, and can sometimes even ship the same day (if payment is received before 1:00pm PST).  Unfortunately I cannot take returns on this, as it is an unsealed new item. If there is a qualifying reason via eBay's Buyer Guarantee program, please PM me and we will work something out - buyer will pay return shipping. Please note, the only situation that qualifies is for misrepresented items, and since this is a new item.  Either way, I take my 100% rating very seriously and work hard to make sure that all auctions are fast, easy, and well-communicated. I will send a PM the day item is mailed, and upload the tracking number to eBay the same day.
