The sleeve and inner are in excellent condition. Slight creasing and wear in places such as the corner. The vinyl is to my eye Near Mint but as opinion is subjective I will just say it's Very Good in order to avoid potential disappointment.
By the same token I am happy to make a refund, on return of item, if the buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Unfortunately return cost will be at buyers expense. Please bear this in mind when bidding.
