This has been sitting on my shelf for roughly 25 years and it's time to move on. I can only speak to the visual condition as I haven't listened to this in a number of years. Everything appears to be in at least excellent condition with no tears or writing anywhere. Probably closer to near mint but I'll say excellent and call it a day.
