This is the UK Parlophone GEP 8891-Mono version in Near Mint condition. The record has NEVER been played (mint) and the jacket has the slightest hint (in a certain light) of a label impression (overall near mint). It will be shipped in a clear plastic 45 protective sleeve and the record will be in a paper jacket. All vinyl is packaged in a sturdy mailer box. It is from my personal collection. It has been in climate-controlled, smoke-free storage!
I have been a record dealer for 40 years and had a record store for 26 years (closed 2006). I use Goldmine grading.
