Disc has some light marks/scuffs and plays with some background noise (mostly between tracks); cover shows light wear (see scan) and a bit of wear to the top seam, a crease to the top right corner and a small(ca. 1/4") start to a seam split.
"REVIEW COPY" stamped in blue on back cover.
Trail-off has the 'ear' and "VAN GELDER " stamp. Label lists NEW YORK USA. Back cover lists the "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address.
