Extremely hard to find and seldom seen album recorded by one of the most gifted guitarist from the West Indies Max Labor from the famous band Les Maxell. This only album solo was produced by Adolfe Parillon features Remy Cabarus on bass, Camille Soprann' on alto sax (Max Labor's cousin) and Steve Potts as a guest star saxophone. The whole album is beautiful from start to finish with amazing funky jazz tunes like "Mama says" or "Germain Casse, man of the Republic" mixing traditional Gwo ka from Guadeloupe with funky modern jazz, with a strong afro beat influence on some cuts. I recorded a long soundclip but the copie is still sealed. Don't miss this rarity and send a nice offer.

M = Mint (still in new condition, no imperfections, a Perfect Copy !) 

M- = Near mint (imperceptible wear, full vinyl gloss) 

EX = Excellent (only very slight wear and paper scuffs, vinyl still glossy with very rare noise) 

VG++ = Near Excellent (light surface noise and wear but fairly minor, vinyl still plays nicely) 

VG+ = Very Very Good (Evident groove wear or minor scuff marks, surface noise noticeable but does not really affect the playing) 

VG = Very Good (Wear and scuffs are more evident and many surface noises are noticeable) 

VG- = Good to Very Good (heavy groove wear or scuffing, plays noisily)
