Unless otherwise indicated, all of our products are new, but in opened packaging, which usually is a little beat up. This could be anything from a cardboard box being sliced open from an over cut with a razor knife, to the box being mostly crushed, and everything in between. We visually inspect all items before they are listed, and while almost everything we list is flawless, any damage of any kind will be clearly identified in the images uploaded.
