This is a 78 RPM on RCA 20-7000 Canadian issue .
Visually shellac is a very glossy VG+ with very faint minor scuff marks and some very light superficial hairline scratches. Play graded sound is loud and clean. however TEDDY BEAR side has two 1/4 in scratches that can be felt and produces a very very light tick when played across ( does not skip).
Also note the tear on the label on the lovin side
