I was told this is Italian but I don't think it is. Matrix numbers not found. It has an available on tape number on back 7229 015 which appears to be French. It's not a boot but I can't find it listed anywhere.
Vinyl VG+ - a few light marks but no deep scratches.
Sleeve G - scuffs, sticker removal, creases etc. See pics. Plane white inner sleeve with N 23/74 on bottom right hand corner.
