If you're looking at this, then you know what's up. This is an absolutely incredible record, and will likely command big money in years to come.  It is also a rarity to find!

The record is sealed and is in perfect condition. Unless you specify for me to open it and ship the record outside the sleeve, it will ship to you SEALED.  
***Please note*** I can open it if you prefer so that I can verify (for both of us) that there are no issues. That said, I will leave it sealed unless you specifically ask me to open it. 
The cellophane is very tight and is pulling on the corners, but I don't see any creases, just a light "flex" in the upper corners. 
Shipping is via USPS Media Mail, which takes 5-8 business days depending on where you live - I am in Northern California.  Returns are accepted as long as the item is still in the same factory seal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer; refund will be processed once I receive the item, and process the full amount minus any fees.
