Animals a very 1st pressing on the UK Harvest label from 1977. Matrix -2/-2. Stampers 1-RAL/2-RAD. The record comes housed in an original heavy card gatefold sleeve with wide spine. Also included is the original round cornered inner sleeve. 100% original and 100% complete - and even better this copy is superbly preserved.
Vinyl (Ex+) Is a treat to behold, looks shiny like new, and clearly has only seen very light use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out a single mark. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with excellent clarity and barely any interference. We only detected a couple of light crackles in the intro to Sheep - but that was really all that was vaguely noteworthy. Audio quality is absolutely top of the line. These early copies are absolutely unbeatable for audio performance. This is the perfect way to hear this Pink Floyd classic.
Cover (Ex) A real difficult one to find in great condition because the sleeves were so prone to wear. But this one has survived the years in far better condition than most. Nice and shiny front and back exhibiting only some light handling wear. The openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact and overall the cover retains superb rigidity. A really top example.
Inner (Ex+) No splits. In perfect condition. Will be housed in an Exstatic inner sleeve to protect it.
