Elton John - Mad Man Across The Water LP: Gatefold Sleeve & Booklet: original 1971 release

Please note that I am not a record dealer or commercial collector, I'm just clearing out some of my vinyl to make space and raise a few sheckles.  All my records have been played and have varying degrees usage/age related wear, although I will provide an accurate description of condition for each item, but please remember that this is my own opinion, as opposed record dealer catorgorisation. 

Outer Sleeve - Excellent
Inner Sleeve(s) - Excellent Vinyl - Excellent, near mint.
All records for sale are in good, playable condition but they have been played, but they have always been stored carefully and out of sunlight. The outer sleeves will show signs of use/storage but all are intact.

Item comes from a smoke free home.
