Faye Adams rare 78 rpm on the IMPERIAL label # 5443 (a Canadian pressing). The 2 sides are titled Keeper Of My Heart and So Much. The condition of the disc is very good + with no cracks or chips on the outer rims. Included is a 78 of Yakety Yak (The Coasters) and Sweet Little Sixteen (Chuck Berry).
