WHAT A FIND! I am selling this out of my Mother-in-Law’s estate who was a GIANT Elvis fan as a teenager. (SEE MY OTHER ITEMS FOR RARE MEMORABILIA). She obviously knew how to take care of her most favorite things, as this is in remarkable condition.

I’m not a record dealer, so I’m not well versed in the rating systems typically used for LPs. But because of the value of this item, I’m going to err on the side of OVER-DESCRIBING any flaws, so you are sure to know exactly what you are getting. That said, and based on what other people use to describe condition, I’d say it’s in overall VERY GOOD condition, erring on the side of caution.

Items of note: (I tried to show all of this in the photos)

JACKET Cover:

- Back is still EXTREMELY white, virtually no yellowing

- slight crease on Cover, the E of PRESLEY

-slightest amount of wear on the jacket opening edge- super minimal

- 1 barely-there corner crease (just on back side)

- 2 words written on the top in what appeared to be a felt pen

- spine looks excellent, no splits

SLEEVE

- original

- very slight aging/darkening

- one minor edge rip at opening

VINYL (i could only do sight observation)

- very minor spindle position marks on center paper (both sides)

- Side 1: 2 Teeny tiny flea bites (for lack of a better word)- these are obviously from the factory, super small, barely noticeable, and my quess is they don’t affect playback at all, or else my very anal mother-in-law would have gotten another copy! Some slight signs of wear.

Side 2: 2 slight very light scratches. I had to look a long time in a number of different lights to even see them. I tried really hard to get good pics of it so you could see them. They are not detectable at all with my finger and I’m guessing very very minor.

"NEW ORTHOPHONIC" HIGH FIDELITY at right, under side marker;

All this said, please look very carefully at pics and ask questions. It is your responsibility at this point, as I have done my very best, in good faith, to describe everything I can see.
