An original 2nd press of Rubber Soul on the UK Parlophone label from 1966. Matrix 4/4. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse cover.
Vinyl (Ex) In very nice condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection there are a few marks - but nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minor. All we detected was a touch of static in the odd place and certainly nothing invasive. It really is a superb little rendition.
Cover (Vg) In very decent condition. Nice and shiny front with light handling wear. The rear is exhibiting a bit of ageing. There's a bit of edge wear and along the bottom edge it has worn through for 2 inches. The text on the spine is intact and over the cover retains good rigidity.
